What is the critical inquiry approach to learning?

The new HMS syllabus states it should be taught using a critical inquiry approach. Critical inquiry is all about asking questions, going deep with the learning, and developing curiosity.

If we base our teaching and learning on this it looks a bit like PBL, but it is based on inquiry (questions) rather than a project. It is the required approach for the new HMS syllabus.

Included in the workshop

You will be guided through a unit design process based on current research and best practices. You will be given templates, example units of work and engaging ideas to use in your lessons.

You will also be fed morning tea and lunch.

All for just $440 inc GST
